Hi, I’m Paulina.

Thank you for stopping by to get to know more about me and my offerings!

My practice is rooted in a deep belief in the power of healing touch to restore, ground, and nourish us back to life, back to our center, back into the body.

After a profoundly healing and relaxing first experience with Reflexology, I felt deeply called to learn and share it with others. A practitioner worked on my feet, hands and face, yet I felt sensations across my entire body, my stomach gurgled and my head tingled. I fell into such a deep space of relaxation in such a short time, and when I woke up my nasal congestion and sinus pressure was 90% gone. I felt so renewed and light, it was hard to walk away and not wonder what had just happened to me.

Luckily, at that time I was living in NYC and had access to in-person courses through the Laura Norman School of Reflexology. Laura’s instructors instilled in me the importance of working intentionally and at a slow pace, a focus I like to center my practice around. I believe that when the practitioner slows down, our nervous systems can do the same.

And what is this Pau business? Pau is actually my nickname. It also means “peace” in the Catalan language and what folks in Hawaii say when when they are finished or done with something, whether it’s a meal or work, or being destroyed. This is what inspired Allow Pau. It is an invitation for you to allow peace in, to allow yourself to just be “done”, and allow me- Pau - to hold you in that intention.

I look forward to meeting you soon!!

My Approach

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
